understand how important it is for you to receive your jewelry
purchase promptly and safely. At Szul, our priority is to
serve your needs in the manner you request.
Shipping Options
Szul offers the following shipping options for every purchase.
For your protection, all shipments are insured for their full
list price.
FREE Insured FedEx Service
Please note that orders shipped on Thursdays are delivered
on the following Monday.
Insured, Next Day FedEx Service: $14.95 per
shipment
Please note that orders shipped on a Friday are delivered
on the following Monday.
International Shipping
We are unable to service international orders at this time,
but soon we will bw able to accept and service international
orders.
Shipping Policies
In order to serve you better, we would like to explain
our shipping policies:
Addresses
All deliveries must be made to a physical address (we do not
accept P.O. Boxes or military addresses).
Deliveries
Please note that orders received after 3:00 PM EST will
be processed the following business day. While determining
the arrival day of your purchase, count business days only.
The first shipping day will be the day after your order is
processed.
Requests for alterations
If you have made an alterations request for your purchase
-- such as ring or bracelet sizing -- please allow 5 business
days to process your special requests. We will always
notify you by email of any changes in your account status.
