You do not have to register to shop at fashionbug.com. If
youve never purchased anything from our online store, we automatically
create an account for you at the time of your first purchase.
Your contact, billing and shipping information is then saved
for you in a secure and private account to make your future
shopping faster and more convenient. When you shop the next
time, you will simply use the e-mail and password you provided
at the beginning of checkout to access your account. Then you
will be able to view and manage your personal information or

We offer shipping to any address in the United States, including
Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin
Islands and APO addresses for no additional cost. (Sorry,
no international orders.) Please note that all USPS ground
orders being shipped outside of the continental U.S. and Alaska
can take up to 35 calendar days. You can choose USPS Express
Mail, USPS Priority Mail or USPS ground mail. Free shipping
is available to customers who order Gift Cards or the Figure
It Out book only. All other online purchases are excluded
from this offer. If you qualify for free shipping, your order
will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail or USPS ground
mail. Please note that if you purchase an order and pay for
it with a Gift Card, you are not entitled to free shipping.
USPS Express Mail
If an order shipped via USPS Express Mail is received before
3:00 P.M. ET Monday through Friday, it will be delivered to
most destinations the next business day. Second-day delivery
is guaranteed. The USPS does not deliver Express Mail on Sundays.
Express Mail will not be delivered the next day if that day
is a postal holiday.
Please note that in most cases:
- If you place your order before 3:00 P.M. ET on a Friday,
you will receive it on Saturday.
- If you place your order after 3:00 P.M. ET on a Friday
or anytime on a Saturday or Sunday, you will receive on
Tuesday.
- If you place your order before 3:00 P.M. ET on a Monday,
you will receive it on Tuesday.
USPS Priority Mail & USPS First-Class Mail
An order shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First-Class
Mail will be delivered in two to five business days if it is
received before 3:00 P.M. ET. Please note that if you place
your order on a Thursday or Friday, you will probably receive
it the following week. The USPS does not deliver Priority Mail
or First-Class Mail on Sundays.
USPS ground
mail
An order shipped via USPS ground mail will be delivered in four
to eight business days if it is received before 3:00 P.M. ET.
The USPS does not deliver ground mail on Sundays. Please note
that all USPS ground orders being shipped outside of the continental
