Shipping rates are automatically calculated and added to your Internet Shopping Cart after selection of the shipping method. Allow up to two weeks for regular mail delivery and shipments via Best Way Ground. We use Deferred Delivery Services which may include: US Mail, UPS, FedEx, Airborne, SmartMail.

Shipments Under 12 Pounds - Regular shipping charges for Best Way Surface Delivery cover shipping costs and insurance for U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Parcel Post and United Parcel Service (UPS) or other comparable ground services on shipments up to 12 pounds to USA ZIP Codes. We must have a complete street address (no P.O. Boxes) and phone number for all UPS and FedEx shipments. APO & FPO addresses must use United States Postal Service (USPS) only and they CAN NOT receive any *HM* Hazardous Materials.

Shipments Over 12 Pounds - Additional fees are charged depending on the selected delivery method. We charge $.50 per pound for each pound over the 12 pound limit on Surface Delivery Orders.

*HM* Hazardous Material products must be sent by Ground Services with in the continental U.S.A. only with carriers who accept these materials.

Express Delivery Services are available to most continental U.S. street addresses. We must have a telephone contact number with your order. (Sorry, No P.O. Box addresses). Service options include- 1-3 Day FedEx Express Saver, 2nd Business Day Definite, Next Business Afternoon Definite, Airmail / Priority Mail via UPS, FedEx, Airborne an US Mail. These services are at extra cost.

We Do Not ship Internet orders by Next Day shipping.

We require you to call our Customer Service Department on any 2nd Day or Overnight Express Order! 800-228-7344 or 770-428-1234, Fax 800-892-2999 (770-426-7726). Please do not request overnight service on our web site, as we can not comply with these requests due to processing delays. There are additional costs for special handling requests. You must call us to order. Please note that Express Definite Delivery Days apply after the order as been given to the delivering carrier and refers to business days. Weekends are not business days. An order placed on Friday morning would not be shipped before the following Monday, then the additional days for delivery to you.

Normal Express Rates apply on typical packages weighing 12 pounds or less. Orders weighing over 12 pounds are charged additional fees based on the service type and actual or dimensional weight of the shipment. We add these per pound charges for each pound over the 12-pound limit. The charges for extra heavy or bulky, but light in actual weight items are excessive. We will not ship these items by Expedited Air Services without your approval of the additional charges. We will notify you by telephone or E-mail of any additional charges that you may have to pay before we ship.
Saturday deliveries cost an additional $10.00. All Hawaiian and Alaskan addresses cost an additional $10.00 for delivery on weekdays.

We ship to all countries of the world, except for areas where trading embargoes are established by Federal law. Customers are always advised to be absolutely certain of your import regulations and restrictions when ordering our products. Due to the characteristics and regulatory controls on some of our products, we cannot export controlled items. We CAN NOT SHIP or export under any circumstances Hazardous Materials and Dangerous Goods. Orders for these items are canceled if received. You are fully responsible for complying with all of your local import regulations. We are required to observe and follow all U.S. Export Regulations and Laws.

You are responsible for Import Licenses, Customs-assessed import duties, all local taxes, and in-country delivery fees (if any). We assume no responsibility for these additional charges and caution you that they may be much higher than you expect.

Packages seized by Customs for your failure to follow local import regulations are not refunded or credited. You, the customer, are solely responsible for all compliance with your country's regulations. Packages that are left unclaimed and forfeited to Customs or the carrier are charged to your account in all cases. We will not issue credit for these occurrences.

We require your use of one of these accepted credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, JCB or Discover/Novus. The handling bank automatically calculates exchange rates. If you wish to mail your order, we require payment in full. We prefer the use the above credit cards, but we are pleased to accept US dollars only by international money order, bank check payable in the USA or wire transfer.

We strongly recommend selecting Purolator Courier Service as the best shipping option. Purolator is a Canadian company. Your benefits include:

• Hassle Free - No dealing with Canada Customs or Canada Post and extra fees.
• Canadian Customs Duty and GST are paid by in advance by Brigade.
• You pay only 19% extra based on the merchandise subtotal before shipping costs.
• The package is delivered free of any other charges to your door.
• You know what your order will cost you to receive it at your address at the time of order (subject to weight correction, which we advise charges by email)

Besides the expedited shipping across Canada, Purolator handles all of the paperwork related to importing into Canada. This arrangement lets us pre-charge Canadian customers for GST and Import Duties assessed by Canadian Customs. Provincial Sales Tax (where applicable) is not collected when we use Purolator as the carrier.

The only extra amounts charged to you are the 7% General Services Tax and a flat 12% Duty for a total billing to your charge card of 19% of the merchandise amount only. There are no other extra fees, except freight. Please note that we will advise you if the shipping rate is incorrect for your order and request your approval before proceeding.

Purolator will deliver directly to the shipping address given by you. If you use Canada Post because of the area you live, Purolator will give your shipment to Canada Post for delivery, even to a Post office box, or collection point. We must have a phone number to aid in the delivery attempt. Our weekly shipping schedule is for orders to be packed Thursday and released to Purolator for transportation to their induction center on Friday. Delivery into Canada is usually about five working days.

We use merchandise weight to determine an approximate shipping charge for your order. Our Shopping Cart system automatically calculates and adds an approximate rate; however, we will confirm or correct incorrect estimates on any order upon processing. You will receive notification before we continue with your order to approve the corrected charges.

This chart provides the basic charge for packing, handling, documents and insurance based on the dollar total of the order. This covers one pound. Each additional pound is charged at the rates shown below. We reserve the right to charge additional freight in the event your order is in excess of the estimated amounts, however, we will notify of the additional charges BEFORE we ship your order.

Order Processing Time All Internet orders placed Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays are processed the first scheduled business day of the following week. We process orders every business morning and again at 12:00 Noon E.T. Monday - Friday. Orders placed on the Web after 12:01 P.M. are processed the following business day.
