Order lead time versus shipping time
Order lead time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, round up your products, and package your order. Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address.
Choosing a shipping company
Apple will select the best shipping option to ensure that your package is delivered on time. Your order status page will list your shipping carrier once your package is in transit.
Different shipping and billing addresses
To protect customers, your bank may delay orders if your shipping address is different from your billing address. To prevent these delays, let your bank know that you are ordering merchandise from Apple and having it shipped to a different address.
Shipping costs
Your shipping costs will be calculated and displayed before you complete your order. Your shipping costs can also be found on your order status page and in your order confirmation email.
Your signature is required for delivery
Most of our shipments contain valuable computer equipment, so we require that our carriers get a signature when they deliver a package. They wont leave it sitting on your doorstep.
Picking up a package
Once the carrier has attempted delivery at the shipping address, you will have the option to pick up the package at your carriers local office. The package will only be released to the person whose name is on the shipping label. That person should take two forms of ID, one being a government issued photo ID (drivers license, passport, residency card) and the second form of ID should have your name on it (credit card, social security card, etc.).
Call to reschedule delivery
The notice from your carrier should have a phone number on it that you can call to reschedule delivery. If you choose this option, make sure that youre around when your package arrives again.

If you paid for expedited delivery and did not receive your package on time, you may be eligible for a shipping refund. Please contact us, using the form below.
Damage during shipping
Contact us immediately if your package was damaged during shipping, using the form below. Please keep all of the packaging materials.
